Soncin was contracted by the Town of Milton to extend Louis St. Laurent Avenue by two kilometers and to construct a multi-span structure over the Sixteen Mile Creek. The key component of the $9,000,000 project was construction of the four span structure over the environmentally sensitive Sixteen Mile Creek. In order to mitigate future impact on the valley, the engineer incorporated the construction of the substructure for a future widening of the structure in the current contract.
