Soncin was a non-equity partner in the East and West expansion of Highway 407. Soncin had provided local expertise and structure pricing for the preparation of the successful bid by SNC Lavalin and Ferrovial for the acquisition of Highway 407. Soncin had completed 16 new bridges and 2 structure rehabilitations for the timely completion of the highway over a period of one and a half years.
