Soncin has had a part in three Highway 407 projects. The first project awarded to Soncin was during the initial construction of the highway by CHIC. SLF, the successful proponent of the east and west extension of the highway had Soncin participate as a non equity partner in the development of the structure pricing, and to undertake the construction of multiple structures. And finally, Blackbird Constructors engaged Soncin to construct structures along the east expansion to Highway 35/115. In all, over 50 structures on the 407 were constructed by Soncin Construction.
